Thats good Vivek. Since you have your event management company you must be having strong contacts, do you know of anyone who can give their space (a hall) for free for couple of hours to POCC guys for meetings? We all have been searching for a place where we all entrepreneur can meet.

Forgot to mention, cost below is government fees. Other costs extra (upto Rs. 1,000).

Himali,

A proprietory firm is registered by obtaining registration under the Shop & Establishment Act.

Cost: depends upon the number of employees in the firm. For zero employees: 100 x 3 years = 300, For upto 5 employees: 300 x 3 years = 900 and so on. Registration can also be taken for one year. Year means a calendar year, ie if you register now, one year is over in coming December.

Office: Opposite Girisons Distributors (Bombay Dyeing showroom) - Wakdewadi; just before the Wakdewadi subway if going from Pune towards Mumbai. I would not recommend you to go there.

Partnership registration is a different procedure. Yes they too have an office in Pune.
